Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via our contact page.

Content you upload

You may only upload setup sheets, images and other content that you own or have permission to share. By uploading content to onetenth, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and distribute that content on the platform, for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of anything you upload.

We reserve the right to remove any content we consider inappropriate, infringing, or in violation of these terms, without notice.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or damages arising from content you upload that infringes the rights of a third party.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes, but isn't limited to: scraping or harvesting data without permission, impersonating another person or driver, uploading malicious code, attempting to access another user's account, sending spam or unwanted messages to other drivers, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe you've broken these rules.

Data & privacy

We store your account details securely, and we do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the platform (for example hosting, email delivery and automatic image checks), and only what they need to do their job.

You may be contacted about account-related updates, security notices, or changes to the service. For full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Liability

onetenth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Setups on onetenth are shared by other racers as a starting point, not as advice. Use them at your own risk: we can't check or guarantee that any setup is accurate, safe or suitable for your car, track or conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, profits or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting it permanently removes your profile, photo, setups (and their files), social links and messages, and can't be undone.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use of onetenth after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
