Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf.

Content you upload

You may only upload setup sheets, images and other content that you own or have permission to share. By uploading content to onetenth, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and distribute that content on the platform, for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of anything you upload.

We reserve the right to remove any content we consider inappropriate, infringing, or in violation of these terms, without notice.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or damages arising from content you upload that infringes the rights of a third party.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes, but isn't limited to: scraping or harvesting data without permission, impersonating another person or driver, uploading malicious code, attempting to access another user's account, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe you've broken these rules.

Data & privacy

We store information like your email address and username securely, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, hosting or email delivery), under terms that protect your information.

Liability

onetenth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, profits or opportunity.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use of onetenth after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
